Minimum wall thickness of casting

From the sight of ensuring the alloy liquid quality, alloy fluidity and overall size of casting should be thought over during thickness design of casting .

Under certain conditions,cast alloy filling at the minimum thickness in casting mould is called minimum wall thickness of cast alloy. To avoid defects of incomplete casting and cold shut,the designed wall thickness could not less than minimun wall thickness in casting parts.
